Veterans Cricket Tasmania (VCTas) is an incorporated association. It is a founder member of Veterans Cricket Australia (previously Australian Over 60s then Seniors Cricket Australia) which has a Memo of Understanding with Cricket Australia. VCTas is also an affiliate of Cricket Tasmania.
The VCTas Constitution allows for its affairs to be managed by a Committee consisting of its Office Bearers - President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary (the Executive) - and an unspecified number of general committee members. In addition, it has the power to co-opt others to fill ex officio roles.

Committee Meetings are held on a regular basis (face-to-face or via video link) and a Strategic Review meeting is separately undertaken. An Annual General Meeting is held to appoint Executive and Committee, as well as approval of annual financial report and other matters as required under the VCTas Constitution. A General Meeting is undertaken at least once a year, normally in conjunction with the AGM, to enable VCTas Members to raise and discuss matters relating to Veterans Cricket in Tasmania.
