Tasmania sent 2 teams to the first VCA Over 50s Championship in Orange in 2018, and since to Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide in November, 2022.
Neil Grice was rewarded for his strong all-round performances for the state to become Tassie’s first National Over 50 representative, playing for Australia in a triangular series against New Zealand and Sri Lanka in mid-2022.
